Chris calls himself a "recovering attorney." After years of billable hours, sleepless nights preparing briefs, law firm politics, and not watching his family grow up, he happily walked away from being an attorney.

However, he does maintain his membership in good standing with the California Bar Association which he worked very hard to achieve. Chris has earned a BS from UCLA, a JD (juris doctor) from Seattle University, and an LLM (legal masters) in tax law from the University of Washington, Seattle. He moved back to Southern California after receiving two law degrees and worked as a tax attorney in a variety of firms, but ultimately decided that lifestyle was just not for him.

Chris now prefers to work in the capacity of Legal Document Assistant and notary public since he finds paperwork second nature and understands - details matter. As your Legal Document Assistant, Chris may not offer legal services or legal advice. However, his years of law school preparation and practice as an attorney make him uniquely qualified to prepare the array of legal documents that his clients may need correctly and with expediency.
