Troy Gibbs, CEP®
Financial Advisor, Vice President, Investments - Coastal Wealth Management Group of Raymond James

Originally from Atlanta, Troy moved to Jacksonville in 1996 and began his career as a financial advisor for one of the nation's largest financial firms. After recognizing a need to provide clients with a higher level of personal service, Troy joined forces with Jerry Grause to form Coast Wealth Management Group. With two decades of investment experience, Troy holds a bachelor's degree in business from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. He is a Certified Estate Planner™ professional and also holds series 7, 63, 65, 9, 10, and insurance licenses.

Troy and his wife, Jennifer, live and work in the Jacksonville-Ponte Vedra Beach area. They share two young daughters and a son. When not working for his clients or involved in family activities, he enjoys fishing and working on local charity golf committees.

Coast Wealth Management's affiliation with the national, independent firm of Raymond James creates significant advantages for you. Most important, it enables Jerry and I the ability to suggest investment choices based on what's truly best for you, not on selling a particular company's products. We also have access to Raymond James' extensive investment research and market analysts. This allows us to provide you with great resources such as; Financial Planning Calculators, a Weekly Market Snapshot Newsletter, Financial Journeys quarterly publication, and Raymond James' Analysts podcasts & commentaries. We want to help provide you the freedom and independence to enjoy the rewards of your hard work.

A Certified Estate Planner™ has:

  • Completed a rigorous eight (8) module course of instruction in the field of estate planning,
  • Successfully passed a comprehensive examination process,
  • Shown a desire to associate with professional estate planning peers,
  • Agreed to comply with annual estate planning continuing education requirements, and
  • Ascribed to the practical guidelines and code of ethics of the NICEP.
